I would like to know the difference between artificial ecosystem and artificial environment

The difference is the same as the difference between a natural ecosystem and a natural evvironment.
A system is composed of parts that interact together. In an ecosystem, the "parts" are the living and non-living components in the environment. The environment is the space in which the parts of the ecosystem are situated.

How much have me made are natural environment in to artificial one? Are we doing it in a right way?
We have come a long way from living from what Mother Earth gives us, but to the production from its parts. I always find that we can do good thing, and that we can make good artificial ecosystems that will produce us enough that we won't need to devastate Earth any more, but from year to year I find this idea less realizable. There are just wars all around Earth and people are less interested in making peace so we all have time to built healthy habitat.
Do you think that we have time and power to do this?
