i have the same white spots that some of you are talkin bout, i dont remember when i first noticed them, but i never thought anything of it. as my knowledge grew bigger about sexually transmitted diseases i became more awear of them. i am 14 and have never had sex or oral sex. i was fretting at first that it might be some sort of gential warts which i was very scared about because i had never had sex. ive done a c**p load of research on it tryin to find answers. i mostly found disturbing pictures and boys my around my age having the same white and getting the same plain answer. "its nothing to worry about, just go see a doc if your concerned". these whte dots are placed in the inside of my foreskin, they are diffent tiny sizes and a creamy white colour. they ina way look somemthing like pimples but are not able to be poped. i dont not experience any pan or un-comftabilty just a annoying itch form time to time on my scrotom, bottom of shaft, and they sides of scrotom. i think i might have sebaceous glands of some sort down there.
i am still really confuzed and are about to see a doctor. if any body has the same thing or has more info please reply

What your all going through is perfectly natural its not and std cause alot of you havent had intercourse i've had them for about 5 -6 years im 17 now only lost my virginity about june last year and trust me its not the sex what i've come to a conclusion is it might just be like you know where your sitting at home your there all day playing on the computer for like 3 hours and then you wipe your head and then you break out in spots its kinda like that i think if your hot and sweaty it may just be a sign, and don't be embaressed about it if you're having sex or foreplay etc.... i doubt they even notice or pay attention i I AM 110% positive it is not an std i've been to the doctors and they say its nothing to worry about but the reason for why you get them is not of origin yet but i have been informed 95% of all men have this issue if you still feel like you want more accurate infomation post up a statement and i'd be glad to help you

First, I'm not certain you're all talking about precisely the same thing. Sure they could be anything from dry skin to a yeast infection as a result of moisture (sweat) accumulating when you sit for long periods of if you produce pre and have a foreskin where it collects. Pimples are different from patches, so if you are truly concerned make an appointment for a physical and make sure you ask the doctor about this issue. That's the easiest way to put your mind to rest.

I have them too, semi concerned but reading the post about oil glands and being due to accumaltion pre put my concerns to rest a little, as long as it's not noticable im fine, i've also not had sex, and had no idea where they came from before reading this

dont worry i have this also this is perfectly normal enlarged oil glands around the base of the head of your penis. i too spent a long time worrying and was also too embarrassed to go to my gp this was when i was 15 im 21 now and have had no problems since and did infact end up telling my gp, worth it tho if you want to keep your wang in top nick :) hope this helps
