Ive been 14 for about 3 months now and I've always been the shortest boy in my class. My voice hasn't cracked, I'm very active, my penis has only grown less than 1cm and I have small fine pubic hairs they're really small u can't even see it. Why haven't I reached puberty yet I feel so helpless when Im in the changeroom and I see all my friends who've already grown. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME I DONT KNOW WHAT'S WRONG WITH ME!!!

You have just started puberty the fine hair you have confirms that puberty has started.
Everyone grows and develops at different rates and times its frustrating when your classmates seem to be developing ahead of you but it does not mean anything is wrong.
There is absolutely nothing wrong with you compared to some of your friends and classmates your a bit late starting puberty but now that it has started gradually things will change for you.
The change room can be very intimidating when your a little smaller and underdeveloped compared to your classmates but all you need is more time to grow and develop.
There are probably other boys in your class that are just starting puberty like you are.
