There is nothing wrong with you everyone grows and develops at different rates and times your just a bit late starting puberty compared to your friends.
Puberty can start at any time and it is frustrating and a little embarrassing when compared to your friends your smaller and underdeveloped but there are lots of guys your age with the same concern.
There is nothing wrong with starting puberty late all it means is you just need more time to grow and develop.
There is no need to try and speed up the process it will happen when your body is ready.

Delayed or late puberty is very common and it does not mean there is anything wrong your just a bit late compared to some that's all.
Puberty will start when your body is ready and all the things you are concerned about will begin to change you just need more time.
Over the summer things could change a great deal for you.
You will be fine and you will start puberty and all the changes you are hoping for will happen.
You will develop normally and just as you should but with just a bit of a late start compared to some that's all.
