I'm 14, i guess i started puberty at 12 as that's when i got pubic hairs. My testicles haven't grown but have public hairs it's been two years not and my penis is about 1 inch flaccid and 3 when erect, i can ejaculate but only clear so not predicting sperm, i haven't got armpit or legs hair either and i'm almost 15 , i'm worried i'm not developing normally for my age like i should have

Your developing normally starting puberty around 12 is about when most boys start puberty.
It is common to have clear sperm at first as you continue to grow and develop it will become white even with it being clear it is still sperm.
Your penis size is a bit small for almost 15 but you still have plenty of time for it to grow.
