So I keep having to pee every time I lay on my stomach or before I go to sleep! & Yesterday, it got out of control. I think I went to the bathroom about 20 times! And right after I’m done peeing, I have the feeling of peeing again even though nothing comes out, this is driving me insane, its came to a point where I’ve cried because I get so frustrated :( About 6 months ago I was referred to a Gastroenterologist for my IBS symptoms & I got blood & stool tests which both came back normal. I will be going back to my Gastroenterologist doctor this month & explain to him what has been happening with my bladder. I’m afraid it will be something serious, I’m only 17 years old.

Sorry if this is a silly question, but have they checked you for UTI? (Urinary tract infection) this can cause you to need to go to the toilet more frequently then normal. (Your GP can do this with a simple urine sample test.)

No they have not, I will be letting my GP know about my urine symptoms & hopefully get tested for UTI. I’ve read symptoms of UTI & it says it causes pain when urinating, I’m not experiencing any pain just frequent urination. Also, ever since I’ve experienced my IBS symptoms, there are times where I press my right lower abdomen & feel some pain, not horrible pain but discomfort. It does not happen always, some days I press & there is no pain & other days there is, do you know why this may be?
