Im 25yo male,
Vegetarian, don't drink don't smoke
been suffering from penis pain for long time, also pain in the rectum too
been to so many doctors etc, had lots of blood test and urine tests, everything fine
may i ask what doctors usually test for, been years and im getting no where,
so frustrating.
also last couple of weeks the burning pain is still in the two areas 24/7 (which is bad enuff)
but have the urge to pee all the time even after ive just been.
actually feels like im going to wet myself 24/7 its really hard to concentrate at work
and concentrate on anything really, just wanna be healthy
this is really and trully ruinin my life i can't stand it
please someone help.

Have you heard of interstial cystitis? Something to maybe lookup if your doctor ruled out infections or problems of any kind that provides a firm diagnoses. I am struggling with the same thing, although, I am a woman so the symptoms may be different but generally seems to be similiar to a UTI or bladder infection. Most people with IC are women but men can get it and there is no real reason why it happens. You may want to speak to a urologist either way. Feel better.
