Hi, thanks for clicking this, I really appreciate it. Sorry it's a bit long winded, I don't want to just list symptoms, it just makes sense for me to explain everything, hehe :)
I'm 16 years old, I've been having periods since I was 11. My mother and grandmother both suffer from some kind of endometriosis where they have irregular periods and I sometimes have that problem, it's normally 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 6 weeks, 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 2 weeks and so on. Recently, I started evening out, to every 4 weeks and I had been for 6 months. I've been sexually active for a year now, using condoms. I was on the patch for 3 months (when I started evening out), but suffered from weight gain, so I stopped. My periods were still regular though.
For some reason, between March 30th and April 4th (can't remember when, eeps) , my boyfriend entered me without a condom, but as soon as he realised, he put one on. It just happened to be the week I was ovulating. I was due for my period on the 10th, I have been getting cramping and small amounts of blood, but not enough for me to really consider it a normal period.
My breasts have started looking more veiny, I'm not being paranoid, my boyfriend agrees. I'm not sleeping properly, I keep waking up in the night with hot flushes and nausea. Sometimes I feel faint, dizzy and nauseous, but this only started yesterday. I keep wanting to cry for no reason, although, I suffer from depression, so this might not count for anything, but I've been a lot more emotional, my mood changes like this *snaps fingers*, example, sometimes I'm smiling, dancing, singing really happy and then something will happen, like my boyfriend going home and I'll just cry, I cried earlier because my cat wouldn't come in for his dinner. It's actually insane.
Please please help me. If you couldn't be bothered to read all that, I'll list my symptoms here:
-Missed period, light bleeding and painful cramping, but I wouldn't consider this my normal period, apart from the pain.
-Tender breasts, also looking more veiny and the area around my nipple is a bit more bumpy and slightly darker too.
-Not sleeping properly, often waking up with nausea or hot flushes.
-Dizziness, with nausea and feeling faint.
-Emotional, really, really emotional.
Thanks, this is really appreciated. I know that I should just use a home-pregnancy test, but I need to know if it's worth it.

Hey hun.. sounds like you could be pregnant yes.. but have you taken a test? the best way to find out if to take a test.. ive been there and thought that i was and have symptoms and everything but it could also just be stress and you coming off the patch.. if you think about it alot (its hard not to i know) but if you think about it alot your body will think you are and give you pregnant like symptoms. The best thing to do is to take a test!.. stress could delay your period also

I suppose I am a little stressed, because of exams coming up and my mum being my mum. But to be quite honest, I'd be really really happy if I was pregnant, and at the moment I'm the happiest I've been in a really long time.
Thanks for answering, appreciate it :)
I'm not going to take a test unless I miss another period, I just wanted to see if what I'm experiencing are pregnancy symptoms. For some reason, they've calmed down now, I get cramps and sickness still, I'm still really tired but everything else has either stopped or isn't as pronounced. Someone care to explain this, please? I really need a decent idea of what is going on.
Thanks again,
Leaanne xx
