I see people and shadows that my family cannot see and hear things that only I hear

I dont know what to do or how to go abput it but im so tired of it im 17 years old and see people that my family cant see and shadows i hear things they don't hear as well its been going on since u was 3 or qt least that's the first time i remember it i would run around saying i could see and play with my uncle who was at war and its only gotten worse in 5 or 6 grade i staryed seeing a lady in black walk around my house and go into my dads room when i was home alone about 15 years old while my dad ran to the store his room door was closed and his door handle kept moving since then ive moved apartments and now i have nigtmares i can never remember and when i can i wake up crying ill see a black shadow come over me at night and hover above me or ill see a lady in a white gown go back and forth in my living room and no matter where i live i have glimpses of a lady hanging from the room of my living room and its so scary i dont tell anyone because i dont want to be called crazy but i dont know what to do
