I suffer from Type II diabetes. I've had it for over 20 years and have advanced neuropathy in my feet. I am currently dieting to lose about 50 pounds and once I'm under 200lbs I'd like to try jogging. Many years ago I was running 2 to 3 miles a day. I'm 58 yrs old and am wondering what should I be aware of and look out for as I go forward?
