Odds are very good that you passed the penny within a day or two of swallowing it.
You'd need an x-ray to determine if it's still there but it is VERY unlikely.

It should have came out 7 days after you shallowed it. 10 years ago I swallowed a penny and it went down the wrong pipe, but my grandma hung me upside down.
