Ok so I'm kinda living in a nightmare .. So the guy I'm dating I've been having sex with unprotected since June 9th every day and quite a few times a day. June 14 - 15th I was taken advantage of then raped twice. Once around 12 am and again at 10 am .. the cops found me around 11 am .. where I'm from justice doesn't really get served .. I went home and went into denial and pretended nothing happened and continued my usual life with the person I'm dating sex included I just wanted to forget ... Now on to yesterday August 11th I go to the hospital im being told from my ultrasound I'm 6 weeks 3 days but from my blood test my HGC levels are at 42'000 and some change reading the paper work I have that's ranked around 11 - 15 weeks .. the nurse dumbed it down and said between 6 - 12 weeks .. I'm very confused because I had a period on the 28th of June a regular period at that for about 7 days .. long story short I'm confused as to when I conceived and who the child's father is

Odds are very good that it's your guys baby.
You had you normal period on June 28 so it is VERY unlikely that you were pregnant then.
42,000 mlU/ml is within the 6 week range.
Go with your LMP.
From your post I'd say better than 99% probability that it's your guys.
