For god's sake, kid... it's nothing to be afraid to tell your parents about... it's not like it's your fault it's there... tell them and get a doctor to check it out so you can stop worrying about it!

My daughter's 23 year old boyfriend has testicular cancer, but was afraid to go to the doctor until he had severe abdominal pain. Turns out he has advanced cancer - metastases to the stomach and liver. He is facing more surgery and more chemo after a relapse. PLEASE, do not delay telling some adult whom you trust to help you with this immediately. If it is cancer, it is VERY responsive to treatment with a high survival rate, but the longer it goes on, the more it can spread and the harder it is to treat as my daughter's friend can attest. Most treatments are nerve sparing and do not interfere with sexual functioning and many men have fathered children post cancer treatment. You are young and have your whole life ahead of you. Don't wait, see a doctor right away! :-)

my 14 year old son told me last week that he had found a lump on his left testicle. he may have been a little embarrassed at first but the relief he felt when he told me doesn't compare! he is booked in for an ultrasound scan and we will take it from there.
If you cant tell your parents try leaving them a note. Good Luck!!!
