I'm 17 years old and a virgin. I've had these pimples for years now, since I was maybe 12 or 13. I've always been worried about them but since they never caused much trouble, I didn't go out of my way to seek treatment. They don't hurt or itch and anything. They're just there. There are small ones surrounding my labia minora and clitoris. Those are poppable, for the most part. They're filled with white pus. The ones covering my labia are really tiny, but there are so many, like a million little dots. If I squeeze in certain places, pus will come out. It's really embarrassing, and i'm getting nervous. I want to be intimate with my boyfriend but i'm so self conscious about that area. I've seen one doctor about it and was told it's just glands, but I don't think she took a good look. I've been researching, and the closest thing i've found to what I have is Fordyce's Spots, but mine would have to be a pretty severe case of it. I just really want to get rid of these things and feel better about myself.

I have the same thing, and your doctor was right, they are just your glands. Unless they cause you discomfort in any way, everything is fine.
