Actually, when a med is taken orally, it is sent to be metabolized by the liver BEFORE it enters the blood stream. By injecting Ritalin, he is bypassing this phase of partial drug metabolism. Very dangerous.

That's hilarious! I was just thinking "Requiem" by the end of the post. "The weight's fine, I'm not....... the refridgerator!" Still gives me goose bumps a decade later! Funny stuff. I've got a guy who works demo for me and today was kinda tripping about Meta-??. Said it was ADHD meds,similar to Ritalin, that he came across and is 10 years expired or so. Great guy and worker, just says he likes a "pick me up" for HUGE jobs, so just looking out for him. I have found nothing about "that" medication being safe to ingest, 10 years expired. Any answers I can forward to him?
