i wake up choking every night and i throw up at random time every day

i am 16 years old female i wake up choking everynight nd i throw up NO I AM NOT PREGO/sick/or anything else tis has been occuring for 3 months now what should i do?

I HAVE ALSO BEEN THROWING UP AT RANDOM DAYS/TIMES
