im on the pill and take it on the dot everynight so i dont know if it has anything to do with that pill.
When i wake up in the morning my belly is normal and flat ..by night time its fat and bloated (im quite a slim person as well)
Also i started to feel really sick : (
Someone said it could be constipation so i ate more vegetables which have made me go toilet more often so im not constipated.

I don’t think that this has to do anything with the pill. How long have you been taking the pill? Sometimes the pills have side effects but if you are taking this for several months now I think that you can eliminate this cause.

How strong is the pain and does it go away after you have your bowel movement? How much water do you drink? Water is very essential for your digestive system so try to drink at least 2 liter of water per day. Try not to eat fatty foods.
