I want to reduce my hip size and I don’t know how. I am 100/ 73/ 112!!! I believe that is at least 6-7 cm of fat on my hips. Any suggestion how to get rid of this aft on my hips? Thanks.

You're never going to lose the shape of your hips, that's natural, but you can change their size. The best way to tone your hips is biking. Do for at least 3 months you'll definitely see a hell of a difference. If biking is too rigorous for you, try yoga, which stretches your tendons and muscles, thereby changing the size of your body, and even elongating your shape. I am practicing yoga for over 3 years and I am more that satisfied with changes of my body.

I am not sure how much yoga can help you with weight loss. My suggestion would be that you combine diet and exercise. You have to eat healthy and avoid fatty foods. Eat a lot of vegetables and try to eat as much as you can of fruit. Also exercise should be enough if they are done regularly. For instance you can see good results if you workout at least three days per week. You can do some cardio exercise at home if you can’t got o gym. You can try running at least once a week. I hope you will be able to do all this and that you will lose excessive fat.
