Exercise is indeed the best way to lose weight.Besides running and doing other floor exercises I would suggest that you do power yoga.This will help you reduce your belly faster and then you could switch to doing simple yoga exercises which will help you to maintain what ever you have gained through power yoga.It will not put much strain on your body and the results will be good and relaxing.
