The best way to lose weight at your age is to start eating more healthy foods like fruits and vegetables. Limit the sweets and fried foods that is so common in the teenage diet nowadays. You can start to exercise as well. This can be walking, jogging, swimming, or any other activity that burns calories. You should exercise at least 45-60 minutes a day to lose the weight. It should take you a couple of months but it will stay off much longer this way and you will need to keep it up to maintain your weight.

I see that you are a teenager so you don't need to be on a diet, per se. You can eat healthier and exercise more to trim down without losing out on the nutrients you need since you are still growing. It does not look like you need to lose much weight at all. You can trim down by eliminating the junk food (sweets and fried foods) and eating more fruit, vegetables, dairy products, and whole grains. Try involving yourself in activities that you enjoy. Biking is a fun activity as well as swimming. It will take a month or two but stay with it and you will see a difference.
