hmm not exactly sure what you mean, but if you mean that if you have sex, orgasm and produce ejaculate will you get a girlfriend?

my opinion as a 20 year old woman who has been sexually active since I was 15: you will get a gf (worth keeping)if you do the following:

- are nice, try to do well in school, dont get into sh*t at school with the law or with hard drugs (nothing wrong with a little weed now and then if thats you thing), you dont bully other kids, try to make a girl laugh, things are way easier if you can make her laugh and smile,  develop your own confidance, confidance is KEY. feel good about yourself, recogbize your own awesomeness and be proud of who you are and dont let people bring you down. Being comfortably yourself makes a guy VERY attractive. This all sounds a bit corny but it really is true.

Now when it comes to sex, you being able to cum isnt the biggest thing at all. I personally did not figure out how to orgasm until I was 18 despite being sexually active. Dont rush into penis/vagina sex (assuming you are straight), its fun but it is only a tiny piece of the pie. Explore your own body first and often, find out what you like first. When you are ready to have sex with a girl/guy, explore what i like to call OUTERCOURSE. This means kissing, touching each other with your hands, dry humping, eventually oral sex. This is the best thing you could ever do for a girl who is just starting to discover sex herself because 9.9% of chicks will never get off from just penis/vagina action. Its all about the clitoris and everything else you do (I recommend research, check out carlincherrybomb on youtube, some awesome ladies giving awesome sex advise for newbies).

In short: be a nice guy, be yourself, dont be afraid to talk to girls and take your time with discovering your sexuality, its something you and your future gf should both be happy to do and trust each other with it as something to discover together.

ps. when you do have sex with a girl, dont be the as****e kinda guy who talks about it behind her back, its a serious douchbag move and really hurtful
