A couple of things I can help you with I hope. You are not virgin when you have been penetrated by an object inside the vagina. Saying that, you were only penetrated by a brush and not a penis. The size of the brush is usually thinner and shorter than a penis is. Therefore, you may or may not bleed as a virgin may.
A virgin bleeds when her hymen is broken. Not all women have a hymen or bleed when they have sex for the first time, I am one of these women.
