Hi, It's okay you have done the hardest part you have admitted that you want to loose weight and are willing to do something. I'm not sure if you have seen it but that swap it add on Tv. I think thats a great starting point. here is the website if you want to have a look swapit.gov.au

me too, i really gained weight after i gave birth 2 yrs ago and now that i am back for school i still gained weight, and i also have this crave for food. I was 55 kls b4 having kid after that i gained 10 kilos. could someone pls help me about my problem?

You can lose weight if you really want to. You are posting here so I think you are strong enough.

Start out by cutting out junk food from your diet. Eat more fresh fruits and vegetables. Get daily exercise. You can do it!
