I'm 12 years old and weigh 120 pounds(55 kilos). I am 5'7".Everyone says it's a healthy weight, but I'm bigger than most people I know. If you think I'm overweight, PLEASE tell me a diet plan I could use. Thanks, Bee

thats a really healthy weight. im 5'6 and i weigh 158

youre seriously not over weight you should be happy with how much you weigh if you want to be more healthy diets wont help but regular exercise go on walks after you eat. jog.
