Hello - i really need help.
I weighed myself today, and am 544lbs and im only 15 - im getting increasingly worried about my weight, but i dont know what to do! Its my GCSE exams year this year and though i should maybe wait to shed the weight, after my exams, so im not so stressed, but im afraid if i let this happen, im going to get a lot bigger. I NEED TO SORT THIS NOW!Recently ive found myself eating more and more, and ive gained over 25lbs since january alone, which shows me my gaining is getting worse. Ive been getting noticably bigger/heavier/fatter than others in my age group for about 5 years now (When i was 10, i weighed rougly 130lbs) I didnt mind the little bits of weight i put on and kind of liked it a bit, so ignored it for a while. but now im conciderably bigger, finding it hard to lose and regret not paying attention to my weight for the last few years.
I eat healthily despite all the 'fat people stereotypes' and try to exercise when i can (To the best of my ability) but i dont know many exercises i can do, and what i CAN do, seems to be to no avail, which makes me depressed sometimes.
My weight has got to me a lot recently, and the reason ive come here is for urgent help from you. I feel as if my choices are limited, and this might be my last hope.
As we all know, kids can be crewl, and it has caused a lot of problems for me at school - it has also affected me physically, as i need special chairs suited to people of my size, i use elevators instead of flights of stairs, or otherwise avoid climbing stairs, and take up most of a two person table. I don't even take part in P.E anymore, as it was 1) incredibly hard for me, and 2) embaresing for me infront of other kids.
When i realised id become too big for most sports, tests and exercises we are taught at school, designed for much skinnier kids, i started to get really depressed, For example: The bleep test, The Coopers run, pretty much any sports with running involved (like football, rugby, cricket) situps etc, so i resorted to eating more.
At home, SOME of my furniture is adapted to hold me, but breakages happen occasionly, depressing me more...my couch is low down and i struggle to get up from it, and get really out of breath. im afraid, if i dont turn my life around soon, i wont live much longer. i really need help, PLEASE!
Is it a never-ending cycle? If i can't exercise, how can i loose weight? And how can i break an addiction to food?
I feel this is one of my last chances. Ive tried many diets and exercises, and feel this site is one of my last chances for finding help to lose the weight.

Anon,
If you haven't seen a doctor, please do. There are medical reasons that can contribute to your gaining weight fast. In addition, before you start any type of diet/exercise program, you should have a thorough physical. You want to rule out any problems.
For now, start off by walking more, don't worry about jogging or running. Cut out the breads/sodas. Have a breakfast in the morning, it does help burn calories. Instead of eating say 3 big meals, have 4-5 lighter meals. Not more food, just more smaller portions.
Drink more water too. Most people are dehydrated and your body compensates by asking for food.
Hope it helps. Good luck!
