hi, i have a problem. last time i weighed myself (2006) i was 145-150 im only 13 and im very worried. see, when i come home from school i grab two individual bags of chips a coke and two nutergrain bars. thats not normal (haha) i know. i jst want to know how i can loose this weight because then ill want to keep it off thus grabbing less food. HELP ME! :'( :$
