Please help! I'm having nausea off and on, my appetite has grown but nothing sounds good to me, I'm very emotional, and I have been spotting for a couple of days and have had cramps. Yes, I have had unprotected sex, and I also have not been taking my birth control correctly.

Bad news.. Your probably pregnant. Especially if your not taking birth control and having unprotected sex.. Have you taken a pregnancy test?! Maybe you should so you can see whats going on?:)
