I'm on the birth control implant. For a year and nine months I had regular spotting and periods. Five weeks ago, I started having sex and then the periods and spotting stopped completely. Now I have cramps, nausea, and discharge aside from no sign of a period. I took a hpt and it was negative.  What could this be? Could I be pregnant?
