Im 15 years old, I have some what of a mustache, and a few armpit hairs. Also I have pubic hair at the base of my penis, But my Penis is only 2-3 inches flaccid and 4-5 inches erect. I’m not sure if my small penis size has to do with my obesity or my diet, but should I be concerned? Or is my size and stage in puberty normal?

You are NORMAL.
Average erect for a 14-15 year old is 4-5". Don't worry about flaccid size it varies considerably.
Armpit hair OFTEN doesn't come in until as late as 16 or so.
FYI, being obese can make your penis appear smaller than it is but you ARE average.
