Im 14 almost 15 and my penis is very skinny and only 4 inches erect. It has not grown at all and I have lots of thick pubic hairs, I started growing armpit hairs recently, and I have lots of body and some facial hair. I still don’t have a full adams apple but my voice is deeper than before. Im pretty sure I’m at the last stage of puberty and I dont know if my penis is going to grow anymore. Please help?

4-5" erect is average for a 14-15 year old.
Girth comes later.
Everything else is NORMAL. You are developing as you should.
