I'm recovering from a stomach virus, it's been 6 days since I've thrown up or had diarrehea. I pooped for the first time in 4 days today. I had cereal and some water. Yesterday I had cereal, oatmeal, prune juice, water, broccoli w/ carrots and I'm still having hunger pains, last night I could sleep so I took alka seltzer and that seemed to work. But I've been having hunger pains all week today it's seems calmer than the rest of the week. What will stop my hunger pains?? Help! PS chicken noodle soup makes me nauseous.
