Hello, my name is Cameron, and I am 19 years old. Before I start my story, I'd like to thank everyone for reading my problem. Thank you so much. Ok, so December 1st, 2014, I decided to quit smoking weed. I want to be free of it. It has been making me unmotivated and lazy. For this whole week (December 1st-December 6th so far), I've been having "withdrawal". I have been smoking since about 15, but started smoking almost daily since I was 18. This year, I've done some "dabs", but mainly smoked out of pipes, blunts, joints, and bongs. I have been having anxiety, paranoia, depression (because of how I've been feeling), a fear of eating, and since 2 days ago (December 4th), some degree of insomnia. On December 4th, I was 4 days into quitting, and I sadly let myself get persuaded by a friend to smoke some bowls out of his bong with him. I was quick to refuse, but eventually I gavw in and smoked 3-4 bowls (all for myself). I quickly regretted smoking, and just went to sleep, since it was 3 AM. The next morning, I woke up very nauseous (most likely due to eating 3 packets of instant oatmeal, and 10 chocolate chip cookies he baked). That day was terrible, but things started looking better yesterday. I took a nap from 1-3 pm, and woke up feeling normal. My mom came home at 5 pm, and made me a light dinner with rice and sauce and some meat. I felt very full afterwards, and became very paranoid/anxious. I stayed at a good friends house, and tried to go to sleep at 12, and slept until 3 AM. I was feeling hungry, so I left at 3:40 am, and walked home (a 10 minute walk). I went to sleep at 4, after drinking water and eating a saltine cracker. I tried to sleep for 40 minutes, but with little luck in sleeping. I then got up and ate 3 crackers and drank more water and tried to sleep again. I slept untill 5:40 or 5:50, and woke up again, feeling gas/anxiety. I told my dad, who recommended some Peptol Bismol. It helped me sleep untill 9:30 AM today. It is now 10:32, and I feel normal for the most part, but I have set up a appointment with the doctor. How long may this all last? Oh, and these have been my eating habits, and my weight/height, if it helps. food/drink-mainly saltine crackers, Campbell's Chicken Noodle Soup Weight:100 pounds (lost 4 pounds this week, and I have a very fast metabolism) height:5'7 or 5'8. what do you guy's recommend?
