Did you know that our health is VERY important? Without being healthy we all can't do all those fun things we usually do. Well, currently right now I am struggling with healthy food. I have learned that eating a lot of fat and meat is really not healthy but I just can't stop eating them. No, I am not struggling with being fat and teased. I am the kind of person who is normal/skinny sized and sometimes skip meals, but when I DO eat then I eat practically fats and meat. Yes, I know, why don't I just eat a bunch of fruits and veggies? My family aren't the kind that goes to the market whenever we need food. We only go if we really NEED it. I am certainly concerned about my health alright. Even some others notice how hard I breathe sometimes. So basically what I'm trying to say is: CAN ANYBODY HELP ME???

you've said that you're interested in better health and that you know fruits and veggies are part of that...
so just set yourself a focus of trying to eat one piece of fruit and one vegetable every day... start small, focus on doing something positive and let it grow... like planting a seed and wathcing it grow, you'll reap the benefits over time.
