can i ask i had the result of my x ray and the findings was hazy infiltrates in my upper left lungs what does it mean and that x ray cannot mistake?

Hazy infiltrates means that there is something, causing a shadow, on your x-ray.  Anything that obscures the x-ray whether it being fluids, tissues, bone, etc., shows up as white spot.  Infiltrates means it's spread throughout, not localized.

You need further diagnosis.  It can indicate tuberculosis or another infection.
