Intense Vaginal burning swelling and Dark brown discharge

I know all these posts are from over a year ago but please if any of you figured out what this is or how to treat it let me know. I've had these symptoms for around a month and it is ruining my life, my doctor dose not know what to do. Please help!

You may not have insurance but you can go to a clinic or apply for charity care at the best hospital you can get to. It is not suggested you contact strangers on the web for a diagnosis. There are even websites that charge less than $50 (I want say around $30) for you to chat or speak with a physician. I wish you the best. Just get to the doctor as soon as you can.

I am having all the same symptoms but I haven't even started my period yet. I am a very shy person so don't wanna show my parents or go to a doctor. I am also getting some stabbing pains on left side when I run and I can't sleep either. I am underweight for my age though so I wonder if that has anything to do with it or if it could be puberty related, but haven't started any periods or anything yet. Have your symptoms gone away yet?

I am having a brown discharge burning and itching.I am not sexually active what is wrong with me. It started at the end of my period and has been going on for about a week now. Im scared I've never experienced this. I don't scratch but it slightly burns itches and now a creamy brown discharge no odor. I don't know what this is can you please help me im scared

I've had this problem for almost a year. I've been thinking it's Pelvic inflammatory disease. I just got meds for it. I've had sex with 1 person, 100% they had no stis or STDs. I'm on so much pain. The worse part for me is the brown/black discharge and or blood and the burning sensation in my vaginal canal and urthera.

The Answer To The Problem over a year ago

Hi everyone. I have suffered with the same symptoms for years now. I have complained to my doctor many times and been referred to specialist who could not give me an answer. However, I believe this is a case of thrush or some sort of thrush related problem. I have figured out to prevent the burning, stinging, itchy feeling, inserting a tampon will relieve this. I will then take 1 Fluconazole tablet each day until the symptoms began to fade or until i stop bleeding. I am 99% sure it is to do with thrush as almost all symptoms relate to it, plus swab results confirm it. However, sometimes when i do a swab it shows no thrush which my doctor finds odd as she says if i defiantly had it then the swab would always pick this up. We have now agreed that i can have fluconazole on a repeat prescription as it is the only thing (with tampons) that gets me through these symptoms when they occur. Its always frustrating that there doesn't seem to be a real answer to this out there but i do hope this helps someone.
