I'm experiencing the same thing in the same spot (left side). I also have sorness where my legs meet my vulva and extending down my legs a bit. I know that the sorness is from stretches that I've been doing to open my hips. Maybe masturbating, sex, stretching and/or excersising can rupture a blood vessel, as I am not sexually active either.

I have had same problem since I was 10. Mine will randomly form a huge labial cyst but the pain really comes from the lump putting pressure on my clitorus. I always have the pea sized lump above and to the left of my clitorus even when I don’t have a cyst. Something will just randomly irritate it and the cyst will start to grow. I have it lanced but the small lump never goes away. My doctor told me the lump could be from trauma. They said that sometime when you have any type of trauma skin cells will form together and make the lump. I haven’t gotten many answers other than that. It’s like nobody knows what this is. Hoping to find an answer!

I masturbate a lot and i thought it was a blister, but it hasnt gone away. Mine is kind of painless, above the clit a bit to the left on the prepuce.
