I have a red lump behind my labia minora, almost directly above my clitoris. It is very sore when wiping and drying the area. I have no clue what has caused it - I am not sexually active, clean the area with soap daily and am wondering if it might be the result of friction. Can anyone suggest how to treat it? I'm trying topical creams without success and am far too embarrassed to see my doctor. Please help!
