my baby is almost 3months and she shakes her head continually when she is sleeping. she even wakes herself up. she is not in pain. it just seems she is trying to gt comfy but it's worrying us. Is it normal?

I really don't know if that is normal, my daughter didn't do that. If i was you I would take my child to the doctor.

The fact is that your baby is still not strong enough to hold her own body and the headshakes are usually a temporary thing which will pass after some time. I don’t know what is the magnitude of the head shakes but if she is not in any pain I think that she will be alright. Just try to make her as comfortable as you can and as she gets bigger and stronger she will be better and the head shakes will go away. Many mothers get frightened by this and I can tell you it is not simple to just stand there and watch this. I hope this helped.
