What am I supposed to do? My daughter doesn’t want to go to university! She says that she does not need it and that she is quite possible to survive in the world and live normally without it. I just wish I could explain her cruel rules the world is based on. But it looks like she is not wiling to listen now…

Well, you should give her a little time to rethink everything. She is still a teenager so there are millions of things and ideas in her head. But do not act drastically, just be patient and constantly talk about the benefits of the college. But at one point be aware that she will decide for good whether she will do it or not. You also have to be prepared when that time comes.

This is little hard to explain to young people because they don’t wish to study any more. The fact is that education will always help you in life and you will have easier and better life if you are more educated. With university degree she will be able to get better job and have many more benefits. However this is not a strict rule and you have to understand that one of the most richest people in the world don’t have university degree and they dropped out. So maybe she will be better off and maybe not. The good thing is to try and see if it is possible or on to get the degree.
