In treating iritis there are many medications, antibiotics, midriatic meds, corticosteroids etc. The last ones are used because they prevent the further complications (grow of synechia). Antibiotics are the basic meds while the midriatics also deal with synechia and act as a decongestant. But of course, you will have to see a doctor to know which one of these meds will help you the most.
