I am a good runner. I can run some long distances. I am also fast. The only thing is that I can drink a lot of water. In fact, I need to drink plenty of water when I run. I like to have my water cold. What do you think about drinking cold water while on run?

While mildly cool water may be refreshing, drinking cold water while on run is not recommended. Your lungs, your heart, your whole body is hot and then you suddenly pour ice cold “shower” over it. There have been cases of a heart attack happening after drinking cold water while running. Your water should be close to the temperature of your body.

I suggest you don't drink cold water during your runs. You only drink water that is lukewarm because your body will get sick because of the temperature change.
