Flu like symptoms are not specific to pregnancy. They could be from anything, including you're getting the flu.
Yes, many women do cramp during ovulation. You can also cramp during implantation which would be more likely to happen a week before you expect your period. Have you noticed any light spotting, very light bleeding? That would be a good indicator that you might be pregnant.
Wait for your period. A missed period is often the first sign of pregnancy.

Hi there, yes it could be a sign of pregnancy but right now could be too early to feel it. Wait another week or so and see how you feel. If you still don't get your period and feel this way, take a pregnancy test - the first pee of the day would have the highest concentration of HCG which gives you the best and accurate results.
