so ive been having symptoms of nausea, dizziness, lower back pain, and abdominal pain. I bled a brownish color for 3 days and went to be seen at the ER. Wheen i told them where the pain was they pressed there and i started bleeding my pregnancy tests keep coming out negative my blood work came out negative. So i asked for an ultrasound and they said no that they wont do an ultrasound unless it fell into one of there four categories so at this point im furious because i know my body and the doctor thinks that because shes a doctor she knows more then me and i dont know my body. Im scared becasuse i dont know what it could be would any of you know by any chance what it might be?

Your symptoms are not specific to pregnancy - even an ectopic one.
A pregnancy test, urine or blood, will detect an ectopic pregnancy.
The doctors where wouldn' t do the ultrasound? If in the ER that is to be expected. For one thing, unless you are more than about 5-6 weeks along it isn't easy to see much on the ultrasound.
See your regular doctor. ER's don't generally focus on anything more than immediate - "emergency" care. Your regular doctor or ob/gyn can schedule tests to determine what you are experiencing.
