Is it normal that the sperm doesn't come out when you are masturbating?
Am i doing everything right?

It depends on how old you are and if you have started puberty.
If you haven't reached the point in puberty where you are able to ejaculate it is normal that it doesn't come out.
If your doing it and you like and it feels good your probably doing it right.
Most likely you just need more time to grow and develop.

Not sure what you did but being your first time it is just doing what you like.
You no doubt have a close friend that you can talk to about it maybe have him over and ask for some tips.

Hello,
You have nothing to worry about, like Guest said your body may not yet be at the point where it can produce sperm. Take it slow and don't get frustrated. Your body will eventually start producing sperm. The way you can identify pleasure from masturbation and/or sexual intercourse is through heightened heart rate, heavier breath and 'shocks' of pleasure running through your body. It is hard to explain how YOU feel pleasure as it is different for everyone. Overall you have nothing to worry about!
If you need any further assistance in understanding anything don't hesitate to message me!

It could just be that you have not reached the point in puberty where you are able to ejaculate.
What operation did you have done?
Have you started puberty and if you have how long ago?
With seeing your friends doing it and ejaculating they are probably just a bit further into puberty then you are.
Most likely all you need is more time to grow and develop.
