I am 18 year's old and everyday I get alot of boners no matter of what im thinking of and it can be irritating. When im in front of alot of people I always worrie am I going to get a boner and that wil just be embarrassing

It's normal nerves. As you get older you won't have them as often.
Think of something "scary" or "gross" when you get one and it should go away.
