Is it possible that one/both testicles will not be positioned at the bottom part in the scrotum even after orchiopexy. I've been told that one of my testicles required orchiopexy to be relocated inside the scrotom and while it actually was moved in the scrotum, it is still not located at the lower height in the scrotum just like the other testicle. Is this situation possible even after orchiopexy?

Hi Mal,

The outcome of the orchiopexy can vary.

It is NORMAL for both testicles to be at different heights however.  The important thing is that you can feel both of them.  Remember too, your testicles can rise/descend.

See a urologist for a consult.

Good luck.
