There is always a posibility that you are pregnant, even during your period. The only difference is there is a less likely chance during your period than not on your period on getting pregnant. If you had unprotected sex and he came inside you, yes there is a very high chance you are. You are at high ovulation on the 3rd November and since the 27th is a week before, there is a high chance.

on friday november 11th you can take the test and it should be very accurate by this date... you can also take an early pregnancy test up to 5 days before this date (so on november 6th) but it may not be accurate... if it comes up negative i would still take another one on the 11th to be sure! but if it is positive on the 6th then it is very likely your pregnant....
people get a false negative because their hormone level may not be high enough for the test to detect....
but if the test does detect the hormone and it says positive it is almost 100% sure because if you weren't pregnant that hormone wouldn't exist in your body at all!
