My boyfriend and I barely get to see each other since he lives far away, so we take advantage of the time we have. We were at home and we decided to "do it" while I was on my period. The thing is, my period is irregular. He came in me while we were having sex. But of course, men are never satisfied. So we did it about 7 or 8 times and he came in me all of those times. I know there would probably be high chance of pregnancy, but I just want to make sure if it's possible to get pregnant while on an irregular period. And also we did it on 8/25, how long should I wait to take a home pregancy test and have it be somewhat accurate?

It is true that you can’t get pregnant while you are on your period. Before and after you can but during there is no way. However, since you said you have irregular period it might hard to determine whether you really had your period during sex or not. Because of this fact I would strongly recommend that you take a home pregnancy test. They are pretty accurate and for the most accurate results make sure you take it first thing in the morning when you wake up. Also, make sure that it has been at least 10 days since your last unprotected sex. That way, you will know for sure whether you got pregnant or not. Hope this helps
