Hello! Last month I had tonsillitis. I have taken prescribed medication and everything was fine. But now, I can tell you that I feel symptoms of tonsillitis again. So, I am wondering know is it possible to get tonsillitis twice. If it is not (and I think that), please tell me what cause of my problem could be this time. Thanks!

I think that there is a possibility that you get tonsillitis twice but it is little strange that you are getting it this soon. It was only a month when you had your last one. Is it possible that your treatment did not finish the job and that this is still the same tonsillitis but it just cooled down a bit during the period in between? Do you have ear pain and fever and what about changes in the voice? Have you noticed any similar symptoms? I think that you should apply the same treatment again to get rid of this condition.

Hi guys the answer is yes you can I am a example I had gotten over tonsillitis about 2 and half weeks a go and a couple of days a go I started to get the symptoms again I went to the doctors and they confirmed I had tonsillitis again. They said that if I get it again in a short period of time I should look into getting them removed.
