A couple times a month we will hear loud noises comimg from my 4 year olds room. Sometimes it's a bang other times she'll yell. I have disregarded it but last night my husband was in the kitchen and heard a loud bang that shook items on the counter. He went into my daughter's room and she was asleep with her head against the wall and her eyes completely open and glazed over. I have often seen her sleep with her eyes open but never put it all together until last night.
Is she having seizures?

Hi, this could be a few things including harmless things, but seizures, as well as night terror or a different parasomnia are on the list as well. It's hard to say without additional information, including additional hisotry, development, and he physical exam. It might be benign, but I would think this is worth discussing with your doctor who should look into it. Nothing that I or anyone on a website will say can replace a visit to the doctor who is able to see and examine the child and have a face to face interaction with you and the child.
Best,
Roland.
